The Wordpress move would certainly explain this trend! For Dublin Core, we currently support it in Atom / RSS 1.0 and we are planning to extend support for RSS 2.0 in the near future. Now was really a good time to add support. A question about the Dublin Core support: Do you look for Dublin Core metadata in other formats such as Atom 1 and RSS 2, as well?
