It’s time for the PostRank team to grow again, so we’re looking for some new technical talent, specifically a Performance and Scalability Expert. This person will be a key member of our development team, helping to develop, maintain, and improve our infrastructure and keep things running ship-shape.

The position will be located in Waterloo, and while the occasional work-from-home day isn’t a problem, we’re not looking for any full-time remote staff. (So if you don’t live here, you’d have to move. Fortunately KW is nice, and real estate is much cheaper than, say, Toronto. Or Tokyo.) 
Our office is located at the southeast end of Uptown Waterloo (which would be called downtown or the city centre elsewhere). It’s within walking distance of about a million great coffee places, excellent spots for lunch, a gelateria and an ice cream shop, as well as grocery store, post office, drug store, library, and other stuff. Seriously convenient.
Snacks and drinks and such are provided, and we keep our athletic skills sharp with regular foosball games. (Hey, we are a startup…) We have a team lunch every Friday to spend some time together and make sure everyone’s caught up on what’s going on.
